摘要
应用ANSYS的参数化有限元分析技术,建立了无机粒子填充聚合物复合材料的导热模型,模拟了石墨填充低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)复合材料的传热过程。在此基础上,模拟了LDPE/石墨复合材料的导热系数,并与文献报道的实测数据进行比较。结果表明,两者之间有较好的一致性。
A thermal conductive model of particle filled polymer composites was proposed based on the ANSYS parametric finite element technology. The heat transfer process of LDPE/graphite composites was simulated. A series of thermal conductivity coefficient of LDPE/graphite composites obtained by numerical simulation were compared with the experimental measured datum from documents, The result shows that the simulated values and the measured values are close to each other.
