摘要
以"意义构建"理论为基础,采用深入访谈法对农民工进行了信息需求调查。调查从农民工的客观行为和主观思想两方面入手,发现农民工信息行为过程有一定的规律性,其信息需求实现会遇到内在和外在的诸多因素阻碍,因而进行专门的服务设计和针对性服务管理非常必要。
Based on the Sense Making theory, the paper uses in-depth interview method to investigate the information demands of pearsant - workers. The Investigation begins with pasant - workers＇ objective behaviors and subjective thoughts, found their information behaviors have some regularity, and the implementation of their information demands will encounter internal and external obstacles. Therefore a speecial designed services and pertinet service management is essential.
