摘要
精子染色体异常包括精子染色体数目异常、结构异常和DNA损伤。精子染色体异常与体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)结局密切相关,精子染色体异常影响辅助生殖技术(ART)的受精率、胚胎质量、妊娠率及子代的健康。精子染色体检查是评价精子质量的重要指标。本文就精子染色体非整倍体、Y染色体微缺失和精子DNA损伤与男性不育及ART相关性的研究做一综述,为临床男性因素性不育患者的诊断及遗传咨询提供理论依据。
Sperm chromosomal abnormalities consist of numerical chromosome abnormalities, structural chromosomal abnormalities and DNA damage. Sperm chromosomal abnormalities have close relationship with the outcomes of in vitro fertilization embryo transfer(IVF-ET) and affect the fertilization rate, embryo quality, pregnancy and the offspring' s health. The testing of sperm chromosomal abnormalities has been used as a new important method to assess sperm quality. This article reviews the studies on the relationship of sperm aneuploidy, sperm DNA damage, Y chromosome microdeletion and IVF-ET. These findings provide a theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis of subfertile males and genetic consult.
