摘要
蒂布特提出地方政府竞争理论后,很多学者对此理论进行了验证,并对其正效应予以认可。在蒂布特模型的框架下阐述地方政府竞争正效应的形成机理,提出了构建和维护地方政府竞争的良好规则,扩展地方政府竞争的政策含义。
Since Tiebout raised the theory of local government competition, some scholars validated the theory and affirmed the positive effects of it. The essay expounds the formation mechanism of the positive effect of competition in local government under the framework of Tiebout model, good rules are proposed to build and maintain competition of local competition, and the policy implications of extending the local government competition are put forward.
