摘要
"旅游信息卡"简称"TIC",是设想旅游信息服务平台中一个终端旅游服务产品。它集无线对讲、语言识别、旅游信息查询、语音讲解等多种功能于一体,试图构架起旅行者、旅游服务公司、市政旅游监管部门之间高效、平等、无障碍的联通,用科学的、通用的、先进的技术规范和管理旅游市场,实现旅游服务市场透明、开放、有序、高效地发展,提升旅游服务的形象和整体水平。
＂tour information card＂ （abbreviated to ＂TIC＂）is a terminal tourist service product in the tour information service platform. It collects wireless intercom, the language recognition, the tour information inquiry, the pronunciation explanation and other functions in a body. The paper attempts to construst a highly, effective, equal and non-barrier linkage between travellers, the tourist service company, and the traveling Supervisory department in municipal administration to manage the tourist market with science, general, and advanced technol- ogy, realize transparently, openly, orderly, and highly effective development, and promote tourist service image and overall level.
