摘要
文章分析了化工设备检修时的安全技术处理和行为规范,如采取完全切断设备内的介质来源,置换设备内的有毒有害气体,正确拆卸入孔和正确佩戴个人防护用品等行为规范,以确保设备在检修后重新投入运行的操作稳定,为安全生产创造良好条件。
The article analysis the safety technical disposal,and code of conduct of the chemical facilities maintenance,e.g,to cut off the resource of medium from the facilities,to exchange the toxic and harmful gas,to properly disassembly the manhole and ware the adequate PPE（personal protective equipment）,in order to ensure the operation stabilization of the facility after maintenance and create the good condition for safety production.
