摘要
红花锈病是红花上最主要的病害之一,其远距离传播主要由种子带菌引起。试验主要对六个红花品种种皮上锈菌冬孢子的负荷量与其种皮表面结构进行了观察,查明种皮纵沟较多、较深,且表面绒毛较多的品种,冬孢子负荷量较大,反之则少。对种子带菌较高的品种,为减轻损失一定要进行种子处理。经室内外抗锈性鉴定查明,在供试6个红花品种中,新红花4号和裕民无刺感锈性较强,至今还是不少红花栽培区的主栽品种,这是我区红花锈病发生较重的重要原因之一;而新红花2号和塔原1号抗锈性较强,在红花锈病重发区,应注意因地制宜的种植抗性较强品种。
Safflower rust is one of the main diseases of safflower. It can spread far away by infected seed. In this experiment the surface structure of seed coats was observed and a test of the quantity of teliospore on the seed coat was done. The result indicated that the deeper and more the longitudinal grooves and villoses the seed coat are the larger the teliospore's quantity is.So seed- treating should be carried out to reduce the damage caused by rust. Through indoor and field tests of the rust resistance, it is concluded that the new safflower No.4 and Yuminwuci are easy to get this desease. However, they are still being used in many areas,which partly explains why the deseases are plagued in those areas. While new safflower No. 2 and Tayuan No. 1 can resist the diseases well. Therefore, they should be properly planted in those rust diseases - plagued areas.
