摘要
规模扩张是企业发展到一定阶段的必然选择。然而,山西许多本土零售企业在扩张中都遭遇了扩张风险。运用模糊评价法对对引起山西本土零售企业扩张风险因素进行了评价,并提出山西本土零售企业规避扩张风险的对策。
With the development of enterprise, Expansion of enterprise is the inevitable choice. However, during the process of expansion, many local retail enterprises in Shanxi meet risks. With the method of Fuzzy Evaluation,this paper analysis the factors of expansion risks,and puts forward the measures of avoiding expansion risks for Shanxi local retail enterprises.
