脑梗死患者同型半胱氨酸和胱抑素C水平变化的研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、胱抑素C(CysC)与脑梗死的关系。方法选择60例脑梗死患者和18例健康志愿者,分别测定其血浆Hcy和CysC的浓度,用相关检验分析胱抑素C水平与脑梗死及脑梗死其他危险因素的关系。结果脑梗死组血浆Hcy水平、CysC水平与对照组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脑梗死患者CysC水平与收缩压、血糖、Hcy水平正相关。结论CysC与Hcy一样参与了脑梗死的发生、发展过程。
