摘要
焦磷酸测序技术是一类高通量、稳定、无需电泳、实时检测和定量的自动化测序技术,并广泛地应用于序列分析、遗传变异检测及定量分析的领域。对该技术的新进展及其在法医学和群体遗传学的应用作一综述。
Pyrosequencing method is a high throughout, stable, no gel electrophoresis, real- time detection and good quantitative method. It is widely used in the field of sequence analysis, mutation detection and quantitative analysis. In this paper, we reviewed recent advances and discussed new applications of this technique in forensic science and population genetic areas.
