缺血修饰白蛋白IMA检测方法的建立及评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的建立缺血修饰白蛋白IMA的检测方法并对其评价。方法建立白蛋白-钴结合实验比色分析法检测IMA的检测系统,并按照美国NCCLS评价方案要求对检测系统的精密度、线性和干扰性做出评价。结果3种不同IMA含量标本的精密度批内CV分别为4.4%、3.2%、4.53%;批间CV分别为4.92%、3.77%、4.90%;通过对干扰因素进行分析,血清中甘油三酯<8.0 mmol/L、胆红素<700 umol/L、血红蛋白<150 g/L对IMA检测结果不产生干扰。缺血修饰白蛋白IMA的检测系统的线性可达150 u/mL。结论白蛋白-钴结合实验比色分析法检测IMA,各项指标均符合临床实验室要求。其实验条件的建立较为简便、检测快速,是一个较简单而科学的实验方法。
