Tachistoscope is one of the important instruments in psychology. The time of its showing stimulative information plays an important role in its usage value, the less the time, the more the value. It will reduce greatly the time to use the FPGA to control the tachistoscope showing stimulative information, which will increase greatly its usage value. The design and application of FPGA in tachistoseope are described. Then the realization of the FPGA control function in taehistoseope is introduced.
