摘要
本文通过对虚拟数控加工关键技术的研究,提出了一种基于Open GL的虚拟数控加工场景快速几何建模方法。为验证其有效性,在Visual C++6.0平台上利用该方法建立了虚拟数控车削加工场景的几何模型,结果表明该方法效率较高,所建立的虚拟加工系统具有良好的独立性。
Through the studing of key technology of virtual machining, this paper puts forward a rapid geometry modeling method of virtual CNC machining scene based on Open GL. A geometric model of virtual CNC turning scene was builded by this method on the platform of Visual C + +6.0 so as to verify its effectiveness. It proved this method had high efficiency and the virtual CNC maching system builded by its good independence.
