摘要 目的利用高频超声观测阿托伐他汀对糖尿病患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法将90例2型糖尿病年龄小于45岁无动脉硬化、无高血压、胆固醇的水平正常的患者,按2:1的比例随机分成两组,Ⅰ组为治疗组(60例),给予阿托伐他汀;Ⅱ组为对照组(30例),给予安慰剂。应用高频超声检测糖尿病患者用药前后的肱动脉在测值为静息状态下反应性充血后的内径变化。结果治疗组在治疗一年后肱动脉反应性充血前后的内径变化率明显增高,而对照组变化不明显。结论无动脉硬化、无高血压的既往史及血脂正常的糖尿病患者,给予阿托伐他汀治疗亦能显著改善血管内皮舒张功能。 Objective To study the effect of atorvastatin on endothelial funtion of diabetes patiems using high frequency ultrasonography.Methods 90 cases who were II type diabets, less 45 years old, without arteriosclerosis or hypertention and with normal cholesteral blood lever were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. There are 60 cases in treatment group given atorvastatin. The others were in control group given placebo. The innerdiameter change of the brachial arteries after reactive hyperemia at rest pre-and post medication by high frequency ultrasonograhpy were detected. Results One year later, the innerdiameter change rate after reactive hyperemia of treatment group was obviously increased, however, there was no certain increas in control group. Conclusion Treatment by astorvastatin can significantly improve the diastolic function of vascular endothelium of the diabete patients who are normal in cholesterol, without arteriosclerosis and without the past history of hypertention.
