摘要
分析给定尺寸的锂电池铝合金外壳成形工艺，介绍锂电池铝合金外壳落料拉深复合模具结构和设计特点。经生产证明：模具结构简单，零件满足质量要求，取得良好的技术经济效果。
Analyze forming process of the aluminum alloy case for Li battery with given size and introduce structure and design features of Blanking and drawing compound die for aluminum alloy case for Li battery. Production demonstrates that the compound die has simple structure and spare parts can meet quality requirements, through which excellent technical and economic effect is obtained.
