摘要
伊犁河是流经中国-哈萨克斯坦的跨境河流,多年来由于缺少境外地区的基础资料支持,对流域水资源的研究大多局限于国内部分,对流域整体水资源开发及其生态效应认识不足。论文以2000年Landsat ETM+数据为基础,应用遥感和G IS技术,依据生态适宜性理论划定生态分区,分析和计算了流域的生态耗水量。以此为基础,并结合已有的研究成果,分析了伊犁河流域水资源开发利用,尤其是下游卡普恰盖水库建设与灌溉农业发展所引起的区域水资源转化与水资源利用格局的变化,以及由此产生的水文与生态环境效应。
Yili River basin,an inland central Asian river basin,is a China-Kazakstan transboundary river basin.Studies on the basin's water resources development and its hydro-ecological impacts have been long restricted to domestic part of the basin due to lack of basic data available from downstream Kazakstan.This study,taking the whole basin as an integral system,evaluated such impacts using remote sensing approach.Based on landuse data obtained from remote sensing images in 2000,ecological water consumption was first computed for various landuse types in the basin in order to reflect the current water use situations.The historic runoff time series at different stations along the river channel were then analyzed.Abnormal changes have been found in the annual runoff series since 1970 when the Reservoir Kapachagay started to store water.Expanded agricultural activities were found after comparing remote sensing obtained landuse patterns between 2000 and the 1970s in Kazakstan.Decrease of inflow to the Lake Balkhash and withering of the delta oasis as a result of the intensified water use were also evaluated.
