摘要
介绍了在设计实施集成配电系统的智能方法时应考虑的主要方面,其中包括:数据采集、监视控制及配电管理系统、停电管理系统与现场服务自动化,以及事故呼叫系统。提出使用IEC61968和公共信息模型等标准实施系统集成。在新老系统之间的集成过程中,这种方法可以有效降低成本,并使集成过程更加简单、快捷。此外,还阐释了目前在行业中存在的问题,提出将电力设备中的信息孤岛集成,讨论了中间件(消息总线)、业务流程自动化和工作流集成,并表明集成过程的标准化需要行业的共同努力。最后,指出集成过程中最重要的要求,并推荐了具体的集成技术和实施方案。
This paper presents main aspects of the design of an intelligent approach to implementing Integrated Power Distribution Systems, which consist of Supervisory Control, Data Acquisition System and Distribution Management System, Outage Management System and Field Force Automation, and Trouble Call System. It addresses System Integration using standards like IEC 61968, Common Information Model and others, which gives the electric utilities a simpler, faster, and less cosily method of integrating legacy and new systems. After explaining current industry issues and considerations for integrating islands of information within electric utilities, topics like Middleware (message bus), Business Process Automation, Workftow Integration and industry efforts to standardize the Integration Process will be discussed. Finally, the paper defmes the most important integration requirements and recommend technologies and Implementation.
