紫杉醇前体生物合成途径及生物技术研究进展 被引量:12

Advances in studies on biosynthetic pathway of taxol precursor and its correlative biotechnology

摘要 紫杉醇因其特殊的抗肿瘤作用成为当今天然产物研究的热门方向。综述了紫杉醇前体的生物合成途径及途径上的酶和基因;利用红豆杉愈伤组织和细胞培养生产紫杉醇的方法;前体饲喂提高细胞紫杉醇产量、通过内生真菌发酵生产紫杉醇及红豆杉遗传转化获取优质药源等相关研究。最后提出代谢工程策略是可能解决紫杉醇药源缺乏的理想途径。
