摘要
介绍了2台300MW循环流化床(CFB)锅炉多次压火与再启动的过程,分析了300MW CFB机组压火与再启动过程中容易出现的问题,提出了解决的技术措施:在压火过程中要做好必要的准备,尽量减少压火后的蒸汽用量,并控制好汽轮机各参数;压火后启动阶段,由于燃烧不稳,要防止爆燃,并控制好汽包水位和主蒸汽温度,采用这些措施达到了延长300MW CFB锅炉的安全稳定运行周期的目的。
Several times banking-up and restarting process of two 300 MW circulating fluidized bed （CFB） boilers are introduced. The problems appeared frequently in the banking-up and restart process of the 300 MW CFB boiler are analyzed and technical measures are put forward, which include doing some preparation in the banking-up process to reduce stream consumption and to control the parameters of turbine after the fire banked, preventing deflagration and controlling the drum water level and main stream temperature in the start-up phase after the banking-up because of instability burning. By adopting these measures, the purpose that extends the safe and steady operation cycle of 300 MW CFB can be achieved.
