溢流染色机提布系统的多台电动机同步最优控制方法

摘要 根据溢流染色机多台提布电动机运行特点及染色工艺,论述溢流染色机提布系统的多台电动机控制原理及速度检测装置,提出多台提布电动机速度同步递推最优控制算法,实现多台提布电动机协调同步。然后给出多台提布电动机的同步最优控制硬件结构图,并针对六缸溢流染色机实现多台提布电动机速度同步递推最优控制算法的软件设计。应用结果表明,该方法能够使每台提布电动机储布槽的储布量趋向均等,织物的染色效果得到明显提高。 According to the running characteristics and dyeing process of the muhi-motor for the overflow dyeing machine, the control principles and the velocity detecting devices of the multi-motor for the overflow dyeing machine extracting system are discussed in this paper. This paper put forword the synchronous recursive optimal control algorithm for the speed of the multi-motor, achieving the coordination and synchronization of the multi-motor. And then the synchronous optimal controlling hardware structure of the multi-motor is provided. According to the six-tube overflow dyeing machine, we realize the sofeware designing of the synchronous recursive optimal control algorithm. The final results of application shows that this method can make each storage fabric motor reserve fabric tend to equality, and the dyeing results have been improved obviously.
