显微镜下两种术式治疗脊髓型颈椎病106例分析

摘要 目的脊髓型颈椎病是一种慢性退变性疾病,尽早治疗、选择合适的治疗方法是提高治疗效果的重要因素。方法笔者对64例脊髓型颈椎病患者采用前路显微镜下手术减压及椎间植骨融合颈前路钛钢板内固定术,对42例行前路显微镜下手术减压后椎间植Bryan人工椎关节盘术治疗。结果两种术式前后ROM配对t检验,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论显微镜下采取两种术式治疗颈椎病效果显著,两种术式能够显著提高颈椎活动度(ROM),提高患者的生活质量。 Objective Cervical spondylotic myelopathy, CSM is a chronic degenerative disease. It is important to choose the right methods and receive the treatment as soon as possible. Methods Anterior cervical decompression and implant bone fusion with plate internal fixation under microscope was applied to 64 patients, anterior cervical decompression and Bryan disc prosthesis under microscope was applied to 42 patients. Results Paired sample tests are applied to pre and post ROM of cervical vertebrae under 2 operation methods, there was a significant difference between them (P 〈 0. 01 ) on ROM values. Conclusion Both the operation methods under microscope acquire preferable curative effect. The 2 methods can significantly improve the ROM of cervical vertebrae which improves the patients'quality of life.
