摘要 本文以金星中国公司为案例,运用运筹学及计算机辅助管理原理,对其生产的产品———大屏幕彩色显视器(简称彩显)在市场上的营销历史和现状进行深入研究和分析,建立数学模型并运用计算机进行科学预测,制订未来时期的经营战略。本文使用数学模型和自行开发的软件包建立了一体化的市场营销管理信息系统。该系统可以自动地从营销交易和企业环境中收集、处理和分析有用、适时、准确的信息。同时。 An integrated management information system is given,in which some mathematic models and software package,developed by the author,are applied.The system can automatically collect,process and analyze data from business transactions and environments.The system can also transfer classified or repackaged message to firm’s levers of management and all divisions in real time.As a case,based on marketing history and current status of the color monitor manufactured by Goldstar Corporation,market forecasting and market planning have been successfully carried out.The system consists of 39 modules.Among others,the modules of market forecasting and planning are mainly discussed in this paper.In addition,a brief analysis of the modules of sale service and product distribution are conducted.
