摘要
揭示了严控新增建设用地规模必然导致城市建设由"发展需求决定新增建设用地供给"转变为"新增建设用地供给选择发展需求",分析它对城市空间增长、规划布局、用地配置、开发强度变化和开发时序选择的影响,并从合理引导城市发展和科学编制城市规划角度对以上影响进行了分析与思考。
After opening out that the purpose of strict control of the new construction sites is changing the city construction from ＂development desire determines new construction sites supply＂ to ＂new construction sites supply determines development desire＂, this essay analyses the influence on urban space extending, planning layout, land allocation, exploitation intensity changing, and exploitation timing choosing as well. Then the authors think over the influences above from the aspect of leading urban development rationally and establishment.
