摘要
文章主要针对包钢干熄焦装置循环冷却水系统旁滤过滤器在运行过程中常见故障进行分析,特别是对滤料板结这一严重影响过滤器性能的问题提出了科学合理的改进方法,该方法可操作性强,实施后效果明显。
This paper mainly analyses the common faults of the CDQ cooling water bypass filters in operation, puts forward the scientific and rational improvements for the problem that filtering media hardening seriously influenced the filter performance. This method has better operability and obvious effect.
