摘要 中石化茂名乙烯厂目前废水处理量约为1 000 m3/h,处理出水综合合格率连续多年达100%。为实现节水减排的目标,对出水进行适度处理后回用为循环水的补充水,以进一步提高水的重复利用率。对二级生化处理出水采用内循环BAF高/效纤维过滤器工艺进行处理,充分利用现有构筑物和设施进行了技术改造。实际运行表明,出水水质达到了设计标准,并已回用为循环水的补充水。 The quantity of wastewater treatment in SINOPEC Maoming Ethylene Factory presently is approximately 1 000 m^3/h. The overall qualified rate of treated effluent has been 100% for many years. For the purpose of water conservation and wastewater reduction, the effluent after proper treatment is reused as the make-up water for recirculating cooling system to increase the wastewater reuse rate. The secondary biochemical effluent was treated using internal circulation BAF and high-efficiency fiber filter, and the technical reconstruction was performed using the available structures and equipment. The actual operation shows that the effluent quality meets the design criteria, and it can be reused as the make-up water for recirculating cooling system.
