摘要
在总结前人研究成果的基础上,提出了一套基于多体系统理论的五轴数控机床空间误差建模流程,主要包括结构描述、设定坐标系、创建特征矩阵和生成空间误差模型4个关键步骤,详细论述了每一步的操作方法并给出了具体的求解式。最后以某机床厂最新研制的VMC650高速铣镗五轴加工中心为对象,进行了研究,验证了该建模流程的有效性。
The volumetric error modeling flow for five-axis NC machine tool based on multi-body system theory was put forward, which includes 4 key steps mainly, describing structure, setting up reference frame, creating characteristic matrix and generating volumetric error model. The operating method of every step was discussed and the solving formula was given. Taking the VMC650 machining center of milling and boring developed by a machine tool factory as example, the validity of the proposed modeling flow was verified.
