摘要
分别采用索氏抽提法、超声波提取法、微波萃取法对新疆和田地区薄皮核桃提取核桃油,并采用气相色谱-质谱法对所得核桃油进行脂肪酸组成分析。结果表明,3种提取方法核桃油得率均在62%以上,核桃油主要脂肪酸含量为亚油酸62.96%、油酸19.95%、亚麻酸7.55%、棕榈酸5.42%、花生四烯酸4.12%、硬脂酸1.79%。说明该地区薄皮核桃油不饱和脂肪酸含量较高,尤其是亚油酸含量较高,对人体的健康非常有利。
Soxhlet extraction, ultrasonic extraction and microwave extraction were used to extract the oil from the thin - shell walnut of Hotan in Xinjiang, and gas chromatography - mass spectrometry ( GC - MS) was explored to analyze the fatty acid compositions of the oil. The results showed that the oil extraction rate for the 3 extraction methods was over 62%. The main fatty acids in the walnut oil were linoleie acid (62. 96% ), oleic acid ( 19.95% ), linolenic acid ( (4. 12% ) and stearic acid( 1.79% ). The walnut oil 7.55% ) , palmitic acid ( 5.42% ) , arachidonic acid was rich in unsaturated fatty acid.
