摘要
指出目前知识服务认识上的一些误区,从本质上分析了图书馆如果要充分发挥知识服务的地位与作用,必须让"仙丹"变为"常用药",并预测了知识服务未来的发展,对未来图书馆的管理和图书馆学教育方向提出了一些建议。
