不锈钢钝化膜质量检测方法的比较 被引量:4

摘要 及时准确地测出不锈钢表面钝化膜的状况对提高其耐蚀性非常重要,现有检测方法有多种,检测结果并不一致。采用铁氰化钾-硝酸法(蓝点法)、硫酸铜试验法和电化学极化曲线法分别对304、316L2种不锈钢材料的去钝化表面、自然钝化表面、化学钝化表面进行抗蚀性能检测,并讨论了各种检测方法的优缺点和适合使用的范围。 The passivefilms on stainless steel were detected by using three kinds of tests so as to provide evidence and reference for rapid quality detection of the passive films in engineering practice. Thus passive films were prepared on the surfaces of stainless steel 304 and 316L by using different surface treatment methods such as relief passivation, natu-ral passivation, and chemical passivation. The resulting passivation films were detected by carrying out copper sulfate test, potassiumferricyanide-nitric acid test, and anodic polarization curve test. The advantages, disadvantages and the application scope of various detection methods were compared.
