摘要
以蔗糖(Suc)、8-羟基喹啉硫酸盐(8-HQS)、柠檬酸(CA)、硫酸铝(Al2(SO4)3)、6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA)为保鲜剂的基本成分,研究不含Ag+盐的保鲜剂(20 g/L Suc+200 mg/L 8-HQS+150 mg/L CA+50 mg/L Al2(SO4)3+1 mg/L 6-BA)对香石竹切花的保鲜效应。结果表明:此保鲜剂能明显促进花枝吸水,改善体内水分平衡,延缓膜脂降解,提高花枝鲜重,增加花径,延长瓶插寿命。
Studied effects of antistaling agent (20 g/L sucrose(Suc) +200 mg/L 8-hydroxyquinoline sulfate (8-HQS) + 150 mg/L citric acid(CA) +50 mg/L aluminum sulfate(Al2 (SO4)3 ) +1 mg/L 6-BA)without Ag^+ on preservation of cut carnation flowers. The results showed that preservative can facilitate flowering branch sop up evidently, improve the water balance in the body, slow degradation of lipid membranes, raising fresh weight of flowers branch, increase flower diameter and extend the vase life.
