摘要
综述了虎舌红组织培养技术的研究进展,介绍了用于虎舌红组培研究的茎段培养,茎尖培养和叶片培养几种主要的组织培养技术。分析了组培中存在的问题,并指出了以后的研究重点。
The review focused on recent advances in tissue culture of Ardisia mamillata Hance and methods of culture： shoot culture,shoot-tip culture,leaf cultur,it analysized the problems raised in the tissue culture. Moreover,work of this research in the future was discussed.
