摘要
采用纸片扩散法(Kirby-Bauer即K-B法)检测10种大肠杆菌对30种常用抗生素敏感性;应用表形筛选试验和纸片确证试验对10种大肠杆菌进行超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)的检测.实验结果表明10种菌对氯霉素、头孢唑啉、复方新诺明、萘啶酸等表现出极高的敏感性,对克林霉素、苯唑西林、万古霉素等敏感性较弱;同时在10种大肠杆菌中检测出2种产ESBLs大肠杆菌,其耐药率均较非产ES-BLs的大肠杆菌高.
Disk diffusion method ( Kirbuy - Bauer that the KB method) was used to detect Application 10 kinds of E. coli on the 30 kinds of common antibiotics sensitivity ; Form - shaped filter paper test and confirmatory test of 10 kinds of E. coli extended- spectrum β-lactmases(ESBLs). The experimental results show that 10 kinds of bacteria have high sensitivity to chloramphenicol, cefazolin, cotrimoxazole, nalidixic acid, etc ; have lew sensitivity to clindamycin, oxacillin, vancomycin; simultaneously deteted two kinds of E. coli producing ESBLs. among 10 kinds of E. coli, their resistance rate is higher than those in non - producing E. coil ES- BLs.
