摘要
对易氧化型物料精制硫化钠的干燥过程进行了试验研究。通过物料特性及干燥规律的分析,找到了适合此类物料的干燥方式。工艺条件的确定及内热式高效耙式干燥设备的设计保证了工业化生产的运行,无水精制硫化钠的各项指标均符合标准并达到聚苯硫醚的生产要求。
The drying process of the high adherent and easily oxidized chemical substance is considered in this paper.Based on the experiments of different control parameters of vacuum and rising temperature,the corresponding spiral raker technology using enhanced heat transfer method and nitrogen filled system are used,and the way to produce anhydrous Na 2S has been found.According to the industrial process,the drying period is reduced while the product quality maintains high.The results show that the technological process is advanced and efficient.
