详细介绍了ＣＯＷ油罐清洗工艺及其在现场应用．采用ＣＯＷ（ＣｒｕｄｅＯｉｌＷａｓｈｉｎｇ，简称ＣＯＷ）油罐清洗工艺在我国尚属首次，它比人工清罐具有原油回收率高、无环境污染、施工周期短、安全可靠和机械化程度高等优点．
The application of COW-a kind of cleaning equipment of tank on-the-spot was introduced in detail. The cleaning technology has got many advantages of high oil recovery rate, high safety and reliabily, no enviroment pollution, short operating period and high mechanization.
