摘要
查阅历年京西地区的统计年鉴,通过分析京西地区经济发展中存在的问题,表明随着矿山产业的退出,第一产业的产出率不高以及第三产业总量有待提高是京西生态修复区存在的两大问题,根据分析结果提出了在生态修复区发展产业的三大措施,一是矿山修复采用具有经济价值的植物新材料,为产业开发预留空间;二是矿山修复与第三产业相结合,发展旅游业,建设矿山公园;三是在矿山周边,发展林下经济,提高林业产业的产出率。
Referring to the Statistical Yearbook over the years of the west region of Beijing and analysing on the problems of regional economic development, two issues in the ecological restoration area of western Beijing are raised as the dropping out of mining industry. One is the lack of throughput for the primary industry, the other is to improve the capacity of the gross production for tertiary industry. From this analysis results, three measures are proposed to develop the industry in the ecological restoration area. First of all, new plant materials which have highly economic values are used for mining restoration,which is helpful for future industrial development. In addition, the combining of mining restoration and tertiary industry, developing of tourism and constructing of mining park are suggested to start up. At last but not least, developing of forest economy and improving the productivity of forestry industry are also need to put forward in the surrounding of mine.
