摘要
在不伴有主动脉夹层情况下，临床上自发性的孤立性内脏动脉夹层极为罕见。内脏动脉自发性夹层中，最常见的是肠系膜上动脉夹层，这可能与肠系膜上动脉和主动脉成锐角有关。本文就我院2003年以来收治的4例孤立性肠系膜上动脉夹层结合文献对其诊断和治疗做一探讨。
