摘要
用聚合物驱采出水在不同渗透率天然岩心上进行注水实验,结果表明,采用常规污水处理方法处理后的聚合物采出水,当悬浮固体含量15mg/L左右、含油量15mg/L、悬浮颗粒直径小于5μm的悬浮固体颗粒体积占悬浮颗粒体积的百分数大于70%时,完全可满足中、高渗透层注入水水质指标的要求。为降低水处理工艺的成本,提高经济效益,对于高渗透层还可将悬浮固体含量、油含量的水质指标进一步放宽为30mg/L。
Produced water reinjection experiment after polymer flooding on the natural cores with different permeabilities shows that so long as the suspended solid content is about 15mg/l; oil content is 15mg/l and suspended solid grain (the diameter less than 5 μm) content volume is more than 70% of the total suspended grain one, the polymer flooding produced water treated by the conventional sewage disposing method can completely meet the injecting water quality demands both in mediate and high permeability layers. In order to reduce the cost of the disposal technology and increase the economic effects, the water quality indexes in high permeability layer , such as the suspended solid content and oil content, can still extend to 30mg/l.
