摘要
采用亚麻/丙纶包覆纱,通过热压成型工艺制成植物纤维增强热塑性复合材料.通过测试材料的拉伸强度、剥离强度力学性能分析不同模具厚度下纤维增强体与基体的浸润效果.用模糊综合评判的方法,探讨模具厚度的不同对复合材料力学性能的影响.结果表明,当模具厚度为0.8mm时,亚麻/丙纶包覆纱热塑性复合材料力学综合性能达到最优.
The composite materials were manufactured with flax/Polypropylene(PP) core-spun yarns by compression molding process and the mechanical properties of thermoplastic composites were investigated. Fuzzy evaluation method was undertaken to study the influence of mould thickness on the mechanical properties of the composites. The results showed that only by appropriate thickness can ensure ideal tensile properties of composites when reinforced fabric and matrix evenly carry the load altogether.
