摘要
为了开发新型拉伸细化设备,对假发用牦牛毛纤维拉伸改性工艺进行数学分析,确定了纤维拉伸倍数与纤维长度、工艺参数间的关系.结果发现,为了实现对纤维的有效拉伸,纤维长度l0必须大于罗拉隔距L,并且在一定机械总拉伸率的条件下,纤维长度越长,纤维总拉伸率越高.当罗拉隔距L大于1/2纤维原长l0时,拉伸系统可以有较高的拉伸效率.
In order to develop a new stretching slenderization device, a mathematical analysis of stretching process has been performed for stretching of yak hair fiber to be used as wig materials. It is found that the relationship between the total stretching ratio of fiber and fiber original and process parameters. The results show the necessary conditions for effectively stretching, that is, the fiber original length l0 should be more than the nipping distance L. In addition, the longer the fiber is, the higher the total stretching ratio of fiber is under a certain total stretching ratio of device, especially the increasing ve- locity of stretching ratio is more quick when L1 〈 l0 〈 2 L1, i.e. the stretching system of multi-zone roller can have a higher draft efficiency.
