摘要
"百年一遇"的金融危机已波及全球,也让本就处在"寒冬"的中小企业更加举步维艰。中小企业由于自身实力难以自建销售渠道,其销售更多地依赖于经销商。这种单一的、松散的、间接的传统销售模式约束了中小企业的快速发展,也给他们的生存造成很大威胁。中小企业应加强与用户、消费者之间的沟通,从而突破销售渠道瓶颈。
"Once in a blue moon" financial crisis has been spread to the world, it is more difficult for SMEs. Because of the difficuhy to construct their own sales channels, the SMEs sales relies more on distributors. This single, loose, indirect sales model of the traditional selling constraints the rapid development of SMEs, and threats their survival. In this paper, the sale bottleneck of SMEs have been analized, and the breakthrough measures have been put forward.
