摘要
试验研究了提高水泥混凝土路面耐磨损性能技术的有效性,并利用电镜技术分析了其机理,结果表明:双掺减水剂和外掺料可通过提高混凝土的密实性、柔性和取代水泥用量三种方式,改善其耐磨损性能,微观分析表明,双掺减水剂和矿渣可增大混凝土内部的密实性,从而改善其耐磨损性能。
The paper tests and studies the effectiveness of improving the wear resistance technology of the cement concrete pavement, and utilizes the electron technology analyzes its mechanism, result shows that the wear resistance of the double mixed water reducer and the extra material can be improved according to three methods of improving concrete's compactness, flexibility and replacing cement amount. Microanalysis proves that the double mixed water reducer and the slag can increase the internal compactness of the concrete, thus improving its wear resistance performance.
