文章剖析非标准仓单质押融资的内在机理,总结非标准仓单质押融资的一般特征;据此设计非标准仓单质押融资的一般流程;提出非标准仓单交易风险的控制要点。该研究有助于规范非标准仓单质押融资市场的操作程序。
The paper discusses the inherent mechanism and general character of the non-standard warehouse receipt pledge financing, designs the general flow of the non-standard ware- house receipt pledge financing, and proposes the main transaction rish of the non-standard warehouse receipt pledge. This research is helpful in standardizeing the operation process of the non-standard warehouse receipt pledge.
