摘要
指纹图谱是一种近期发展迅速的实用检测技术,在食品质量检测方面的应用逐步得到重视。综述了近年来已应用于酒类食品检测的各种指纹图谱技术的研究进展,探讨了这几类指纹图谱技术的适用性和应用范围,分析了在不同目的的检测中的价值。
As a rapidly-developed practical testing technique in recent period, fingerprints has gradually applied in food quality testing field. In this paper, the research progress in the use of various fingerprints techcology in wine quality testing in recent years was reviewed, the applicability and the use range of various fingerprints technique was discussed, and their values for different testing purposes were analyzed.
