摘要
以六水硝酸镁和氢氧化钠为原料,磷酸酯为改性剂,采用直接沉淀法一步合成改性纳米氢氧化镁,通过沉降体积实验,确定改性剂的较佳用量为1.0%,并用红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、堆密度对改性前后的样品进行表征。结果表明,该方法可以使磷酸酯吸附在氢氧化镁颗粒表面,改变氢氧化镁的表面性质,从而提高在有机介质中的分散稳定性,与未改性的氢氧化镁样品相比,改性后纳米氢氧化镁XRD衍射峰主峰强度提高,团聚程度和堆密度减少。
The surface modified nano-sized Mg (OH)2 was prepared by direct precipitation method with magnesium nitrate and sodium hydroxied as raw materials and phosphate ester as modifying agent. Through experiments with measurement of sediment volume of the reaction product, the suitable dosage of phosphate ester is identified as 1.0% (w). Both samples of reaction product with and without phosphate ester modification were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy ( FTIR), X-ray diffraction ( XRD ) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The results indicated that phosphate ester is adsorbed onto the surface of nano-sized Mg ( OH ) 2, changing the surface characteristics and improving the dispersion of the Mg( OH)2 particles in organic medium. Compared to the unmodified Mg (OH)2 particles, the main XRD diffraction peak of the phosphate ester modified nano-sized Mg(OH) 2 particles is strengthened, showing lower degree of agglomeration and lower bulk density of the modified product.
