摘要
药品监管涉及药品的研制、生产、流通、使用等各个环节,也包括药品价格的管制,是保障用药安全、有效,维护人民健康和用药的合法权益的重要手段。文章从药品监管体系发展脉络入手,着重分析了改革开放30年以来药品监管体系发展和改革的历程,并总结其成效和经验。
Drug administration is referred to the monitoring and management in the chain of R＆D, manufacturing, distribution and utilization of drugs as well as pricing. It promotes the safety and efficacy of drug utilization so as to maintain the health benefits for people. This paper mainly reviewed the development history of drug administration since 1978, when China＇ s reform and opening up policy was first initiated, and summarized the impacts and lessons from the reform.
