β受体阻滞剂治疗心力衰竭时应注意的几个问题 被引量：5

摘要 心力衰竭是各种病因所致心脏病的终末阶段。近年来对其临床治疗取得了重要进展。β受体阻滞剂在治疗心力衰竭中的作用，已经在大量的临床研究中得到了证实。MERITHF试验共入选3991例NYHA心功能Ⅱ-Ⅳ级的缺血性或非缺血性心肌病心衰患者．平均随访18个月，与对照组相比其结果证实患者不仅可以耐受用药。还可明显提高运动耐量。由于美托洛尔缓释片组总死亡率显著降低34％而提前结束试验。
