摘要
学科馆员制度作为一种新的服务模式,成为高校图书馆提升服务能力、改变服务效果、重塑自身形象的重要手段,是高校图书馆发展的必然趋势。文章对本馆建立学科馆员制度的必要性和如何建立学科馆员制度进行了探讨。
Subject librarian system service as a new model has become an important means for a university library to upgrade their service capacity,improve its service,and remold its self-image. It is the inevitable trend of development for the university library. This paper discusses the need to set up the subject librarian system and the ways to set it up.
