摘要
文章针对某锑矿的矿石特点,从试样工艺矿物学入手,在详细查明了目的矿物的成分、结构构造、镶嵌关系和赋存状态的基础上,经过一系列的条件试验,确定了最佳的工艺参数。通过采用NN+25#黑药组合捕收剂,经过一粗四精二扫的浮选流程,获得了较为理想的指标,为选矿厂设计提供了依据。
According to the characteristics of some antimony ore, strating with studying on process mineralogy of raw ore, minerals chemistry composition, structures, composing state and relationship were found out. Series of experiments were taken and the optimum process parameters were determined. The ideal flotation index was obtained by combined using N N and aerofloat as collector with flotation including one roughing, four regrade and two scavenging, which provided scientific basis for designing of concentrating mill.
