摘要 介绍了沙角C电厂近年来循环水温的变化情况,分析了循环水温偏高的原因及其对机组出力、可靠运行和经济性的影响。得出结论:涵管泄漏使海水流入涵管是导致水温上升的主要原因,可通过补漏解决此问题;循环水温偏高会增加煤耗,降低机组热循环效率和带负荷能力;控制循环水温度,应综合考虑天气、水文、周边排放、设备健康状况等因素的影响。 This paper describes the temperature change of circulating water (CW) at Shajiao C Power Station in recent years, analyzing the reasons for high CW temperature and the impact on the output, reliability and economic efficiency of units. It is concluded that the problem was mainly caused by seawater leakage into the culvert pipe and can be solved by leak stopping; high CW temperature increases coal consumption, and reduces the thermal cycle efficiency and load-carrying ability of units; such influencing factors as weather, hydrology, ambient discharge and health condition of equipment should be considered comprehensively in the control of CW temperature.
