摘要
目的探讨自制双管水囊填塞术在控制剖宫产术后重症产后出血(postpartum hemorrhage,PPH)中的临床应用价值及疗效。方法采用回顾性分析法评价本院1998年1月至2008年12月应用自制双管水囊填塞术控制136例剖宫产术后重症产后出血中的临床效果。结果自制双管水囊的平均制作时间为(12±2)s、平均放置时间为(14±4)s、平均填塞时间为(40±18)s、平均止血时间为(183±18)s,总有效率为97.79%(133/136)。术后随访,未见产后感染、子宫切口裂开,不影响子宫复旧。结论自制双管水囊填塞术在控制剖宫产重症产后出血的治疗中,具有手术操作简单、器械制作就地取材、价格便宜、止血效果确切和快速的作用,对控制剖宫产重症产后出血具有一定应用价值,值得基层医院推广、使用。
Objective To explore clinical effects of the home-made double-tube cystic packing operation on controlling severe postpartum hemostasis（PPH） of cesarean section. Methods From January 1998 to December 2008, 136 cases with severe postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section who were controlled by home-made double-tube cystic packing measure were retrospective analyzed in this study. Results The average manufacture time of home-made double-tube cyst was （12±2） s, average storage time was （14±4） s, average filling time was （40±18） s, and average hemostasis time was （183±18） s. The total effective rate was 97. 79% （133/136）. During the following-up, no postpartum infection and disruption of uterine incision was found. Conclusion Home made double-tube cystic packing measure on controlling severe postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section is simple and effective.
